Terms and Conditions – Roberson Custom Solutions (RCS)

By accessing this website or placing an order with Roberson Custom Solutions (“RCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.

Products and Services

Roberson Custom Solutions specializes in custom-fabricated metal products, including but not limited to metal signs, fire pits, yard signs, and decorative or functional steel items.

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are created based on customer-provided specifications, approvals, or design requests.

Once production has begun:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Changes are not guaranteed

  • Custom orders are final sale

Customers are responsible for approving all designs, dimensions, spelling, and details prior to production.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders due to errors, fraud, or availability

  • Refuse service at our discretion

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Roberson Custom Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Freight handling delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance of the shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Custom items are non-refundable except in cases of shipping damage reported within the required timeframe.

Damaged or Defective Products

Claims for damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation.

Failure to report within this timeframe may void eligibility for replacement or refund.

Use and Installation

Customers are responsible for proper installation, handling, and use of all products.

Metal products may have:

  • Sharp edges

  • Heavy weight

  • Industrial finishes

Roberson Custom Solutions is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper handling, installation, or use.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of Roberson Custom Solutions unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Custom designs created by RCS remain the intellectual property of RCS unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roberson Custom Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roberson Custom Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to Terms

Roberson Custom Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
