Return Policy

Return Policy – Roberson Custom Solutions (RCS)

All products from Roberson Custom Solutions (RCS) are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Due to the custom and heavy-material nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following return policy.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom metal signs

  • Personalized names, dates, or designs

  • Custom dimensions or design approvals

  • Fire pits or fabricated items made to order

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in the case of damage during shipping.

Non-Custom (Standard) Items

If a non-custom item is eligible for return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

A return authorization may be required before sending any item back.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging immediately

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Include your order number and photos

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received:

  • Customers must contact the carrier directly

  • Roberson Custom Solutions is not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages

Refunds

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Custom work

  • Rush fees or special handling fees

Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the product and availability.

Local Pickup Orders

Local pickup orders are subject to the same return rules as shipped orders. Items must be inspected at pickup. Once taken, the order is considered accepted.
